Strong & Long is an at home workout and yoga program designed to get your body and mind into tip top shape.
I will guide you through 21 intense & challenging movement sessions in real-time, which means I'll be talking you through everything and giving modifications.
Every day for 21 days we will move together for 30-45 minutes. The classes are short but extremely effective. You will be challenged!
You simply show up, put in the work, sign off and move on with your day.
The sessions are either HIIT, yoga, or a combination of the two. They are strategically sequenced for optimal performance.
With these two modalities of movement, you will be transformed into the strongest, baddest version of yourself!
