A live training program for high performing women

Balanced Bodies is a transformational fitness program that provides accountability, semi-private training, and 1:1 coaching.

This isn’t your usual training program.

It’s all about simplicity: two high intensity workouts per week for 30 minutes to help you get REAL results. 

All of the sessions are live to hold you accountable and keep you safe in your movement. The workouts are designed to maximize calorie burn in a short period of time.

You simply show up, put in the work, sign off and move on with your day.

The ultimate goal of the program is to simplify and automate your fitness routine so you have fewer decisions to make each day.

Balanced Bodies is a fitness & wellness program that is meant to help you form a healthy and ongoing habit of exercise, eliminate any prior stress related to fitting exercise into your schedule, and essentially automate your fitness so you have one less thing to think about!

This includes...

Introductory 3 months:

  • Two 30 minute live semi-private workouts per week (4 people max per class)

  • Access to recordings of all movement sessions

  • Three 1:1 coaching calls 

  •  Regular texting access with Sophie
     

Monthly membership after 3 months:
